The combined air cooler integrates the processes of water evaporation, air cooling, heat transfer and mass transfer, and combines the finned precooling section cooled by air with the water film evaporation section.
The process medium to be cooled directly enters the tube of the combined cooler. The outdoor air enters the cooling tower from the air inlet, sweeps the smooth tube and the finned tube from bottom to top under the action of the fan, and takes away the heat of the process medium.
Its dry air-cooled finned tube bundle keeps dry operation.
When the air temperature of the wet-type light pipe bundle is higher than the preset temperature, the spraying water is started, the spraying water is sprayed outside the light pipe to form a thin water film, and the water film absorbs the heat of the process medium in the pipe and evaporates to take away the heat; When the ambient temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the water spraying is stopped, that is, the operation is carried out in the dry state alone.

Water film evaporative air cooler is a kind of technology that combines wind cooling and water cooling, which is equivalent to the combination of shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling towers. the closed cooling tower makes the cooling water always circulate and release heat in the pipe, and not contact with the outside environment, fundamentally quarantine the pollution sources, effectively guarantee the purity of this part of the water, and reduce the discharge of sewage.
Internal circulating water system: the cooled circulating water in the coil flows out from the tower body and it's sent to the Customer heat exchanger by the circulating water pump of the system. After heat exchange and temperature rise, the circulating water goes back to the coil to be cooled.
External circulating water system: after the external spraying water contacts with the coil and filler for heat exchange to achieve the purpose of cooling the internal circulating water of the coil, it falls into the water tank and is sent to the spraying water pipe lines by the spraying pump for re-circulation. Staggered design is make for coil and heat transfer filler, and spray water is cooled by the heat transfer filler after coil for several times, finally back into the water tank.

Desulfurization and denitration system
The semi-dry desulfurization and denitrification process is a dynamic air purification technology independently invented by Filtersupport of Denmark.The principle is to spray the acid gas removal agent into the reaction tower with turbulent flow effect, absorb the acid gassuch as SO2 in the flue gas into inorganic salt, and remove the dust in the inorganic salt and flue gas through the circular cloth bag filter.
Process flow: the flue gas from the boiler enters the cold extraction tower through the inlet flue, and the flue gas is modulated by the real-time water spraying system of the cold extraction tower.The flue gas from the cold extraction tower then passes through the flue into the reaction tower, where it is sprayed with lime and activated carbon to remove the acid and heavy metals from the flue gas.The flue gas at the outlet of the reaction tower enters the bag dust collector to further remove the acid gas in the flue gas and the remaining dust in the flue gas. The purified flue gas is discharged from the outlet flue pipe of the dust collector and enters the chimney through the induced fan.The dust generated in the system is sent to the ash storage by the mechanical conveying system.
